报错信息

报错原因
因为我传入的是start_time和end_time，接收的为start_mon和end_mon,字段不对，参数为空，不能以空值执行数据库查询，所以出现非法运算符和值组合
解决办法
加个条件判断是否为空，如果为空返回错误提示信息
